Once we know exactly your specifications, we can start with market research, which is the preliminary step that every buyer should take before jumping into the market. The objective is to be sure that your project is viable and fits in the market.
A refined selection is made and specifications that do not meet your criteria can be tracked upon visiting boats.

SELECTION OF INTERESTING BOATS

We only select boats that best fit your requirements in order to ease the process of choosing among too many options. Thanks to our experience and knowledge, you will know exactly if your requirements match the market.

VIEWINGS SCHEDULE

Once the selection is done, we are ready to start scheduling the appointments to visit the boats listed. According to your availability, we will book the viewings depending on the amount you selected.

We offer several different options at this stage of the process:
Depending on your needs, we can assist you remotely* or by being present by your side.
If you are unfamiliar with the area, we will be glad to show you around before visiting the boats listed.
In case you couldn’t be there, we will visit the property and send you a complete report of it.

INSPECTION/SURVEY*

A thorough inspection of the boat should be carried out by a qualified marine surveyor to determine its condition, safety, and seaworthiness. This inspection should include a detailed review of the boat’s structure, systems, and components.

LEGAL CHECKS ON THE BOAT

• Title search: A title search is crucial as it verifies the legal ownership of the boat. The search should be done with the relevant government agency that issues boat titles or registrations. Ensure that the seller has the legal right to sell the boat, and there are no liens or encumbrances on the vessel.
• Documentation: Ensure that the boat’s registration and documentation are current and up to date. The documentation should include proof of ownership, registration, and any other relevant documentation, such as a bill of sale or purchase agreement.
• Insurance: Make sure that the boat has adequate insurance coverage to protect against any potential liabilities or damages.
• Compliance with regulations: Verify that the boat complies with all relevant local and federal regulations, such as safety equipment requirements, pollution control, and boating laws.
